Training for beginning beekeepers
Training for beginning beekeepers
For what benefit?
Know how to define a location for your hives. Know how to accompany your bees, using natural principles and practices. Handling frames with bees, learn to read a brood frame. Follow the curriculum so that swarms become colonies. Work with a breeding register (mandatory in professional beekeeping or leisure).
- No use of chemistry
- Focus on natural breeding (bees decide the choice of royal cells)
- No supplementary feeding, except in the situation of famine and danger of death of the colonies
- Work with the jamb frame, allowing bees to produce a 100% natural fresh wax
- Use products to control varroa mites as close as possible to the natural
At the end of the internship, you will be armed with a solid base to accompany your first hives.
